Ingredients
1 cup plain unsweetened non-dairy yogurt, I use cashew yogurt
¾ cup loosely packed basil
¼ cup fresh dill
¼ cup green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon cracked pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
First, prepare your mise en place. (mi ˑ zɑ̃ ˑ plas).
Next, place all the ingredients into a blender. Blend for 20 seconds. Scrape the sides, and blend again until the ingredients are well incorporated.
Pour the dressing into a spouted dish. Serve alongside your favorite salad or tacos.
