Just a few simple ingredients needed to give these green olives a quick marinade loaded with flavor.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup pimiento stuffed manzanilla olives
  • ⅛ cup green onion, minced
  • ⅛ cup parsley, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon good olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
  1. First, prepare your mise en place (mi ˑ zɑ̃ ˑ plas).
  2. Next strain your olives if they were in liquid and rinse them. This washes away some of the salt, as these olives tend to be quite salty. That is why this recipe does not call for additional salt.
  3. Add the olives and the rest of your ingredients to a small mixing bowl.
  4. Mix well, taste, and adjust seasoning if need.
  5. Pour into a serving dish and enjoy!
