My plant-based food journey began in 2011. Since then I have been on an exploration, studying food to truly understand how it can enhance one’s life and ultimately heal the body. Then, not knowing I would become a chef, it was more of a deep dive into my new mind-body-food connection, during which ~ a foodie was born. I have been a chef for over 7 years, beginning with self-teaching, and now have completed plant-based culinary school at Rouxbe and the plant-based nutrition course at eCornell University. Creating undeniably tasty food is my passion, using flavors passed down from my Nana and inspiration collected from around the world.
