I have been making this chai latte for months now, and it has brought me so much joy. It is my favorite warm beverage to whip up at home because it is absolutely delicious, comforting and ready in minutes. With all this time at home (currently writing during Quarantine 2020) it is very easy to overeat, but I have found warm beverages curb my appetite and leave me completely satisfied.
This chai latte has the traditional flavors you have come to enjoy such as cloves, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and nutmeg with added ingredients like dates for sweetness, superfood mushrooms for immunity, plus the anti inflammatory properties of blending turmeric with black pepper. Don’t fret if you don’t have the chai and mushroom powders on hand, I have added links below to my favorite blends. Drinking one of these lattes feels like having a nice warm meal. It’s truly an all star cast loaded with all sorts of health benefits, and of course tastes amazing!
